We made it back from our Colorado and Midland Tx vacation
Around 4:30. I decided to see how my lungs
Would respond to a ride back at a normal altitude. When I rode in Colorado,
My lungs would give in before my legs. Tonight my lungs were great so I
Was able to push my legs. I did a 16 mile ride with a 18.4 mph average. My knee was a
Little stiff but felt pretty good.
