Time to give the knee a break
I have doing pretty well with the exercise the last week with over 100 miles the bike. My knee has been feelingthe affects of the increased workouts. It has been swollen since my excursion up the stairs and hasn't gone down since. Yesterday I did 25 min on the elliptical followed by a 1 mile speed walk and 20 miles on the bile. Today I am taking a break to give the knee a chance to recover. It may end up being a 3day break which I hate but would rather do to keep it fresh for next weeks Tdy.
